Job summary

Hylant Group, Inc. seeks a Client Service Manager to deliver external client support for a Construction book, ensuring service levels drive retention and long-term relationships.

You will lead a cross-functional support team and coordinate with sales for onboarding and coverage decisions. The role focuses on maintaining high client retention, collaborating with carrier partners and internal teams, and expanding opportunities within the book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field.
• Three or more years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead service contact to clients for assigned book of business; oversee client service needs and engagement of the support team.
• Manage client renewal process ensuring timely and quality activities.
• Direct onboarding of new clients with thorough client files and agency management system data.
• Maintain a 96%+ client retention ratio and pursue growth within the existing book of business.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, carrier partners, vendors, internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Lead Client Engagement Strategy (CES) for assigned clients and provide oversight of client engagement at best-practice level.
