Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Administration: respond to client service requests, process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Renewal & Retention Management: manage expirations, gather underwriting information, and support renewal marketing and proposals.
• Operational Excellence: maintain agency systems, ensure documentation accuracy, and follow policies.
• Financial Management: assist with accounts receivable monitoring and resolution of billing issues.
• Professional Development: maintain insurance knowledge and participate in improvement initiatives.
