Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management team in a hybrid on-site environment in California. We welcome professionals with 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license, across Account Associate, Senior Account Associate and Account Manager Associate levels.

Responsibilities include client service, policy administration, renewal support, billing, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Active P&C license
• Experience across Account Associate, Senior Account Associate and Account Manager Associate roles

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates and documents
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; ensure policy adherence
