Basement Systems of Indiana is hiring a Waterproofing Technician in Indianapolis, IN. You will install waterproofing and foundation repair systems in basements and crawl spaces, learning from experienced team members and progressing from Installer to Foreman.

Ideal candidates have construction or general labor experience, can lift 50+ lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license. We offer full-time, year-round work with benefits and ongoing training.

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.

Position Summary:

As a Waterproofing Technician, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands‑on to install industry‑leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrated a proven track record in this field.
