Job summary

ProjectixLLC is seeking Construction Inspectors with at least four years of experience in inspecting roads, bridges, flood control, sewer, water, or airport improvement projects within California. Familiarity with Greenbook and Cal/OSHA construction safety orders is required, along with the ability to interpret plans and specifications.

The role includes enforcing temporary traffic controls per approved plans, understanding lane requirements, and adherence to MUTCD Chapter 6.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction of roads, bridges, utilities, retaining walls
• Experience with road reconstruction and resurfacing, bridge construction and rehabilitation, water/sewer lines, storm drains, dam and reservoir modifications, pump stations

Responsibilities

Must be familiar with Greenbook and have a working knowledge of Cal/OSHA construction safety orders. Ability to interpret plans and specification. Candidate must have at least four years of experience on road reconstruction and resurfacing, bridge construction and rehabilitation, water and sewer lines, RCP and RCB storm drains, dam and reservoir modifications, pump stations, booster pump stations, traffic signal installation/modification, utility service, or other related type of projects. The candidate should have ability to enforce temporary traffic controls per approved traffic control plans, lane requirements or California MUTCD Chapter 6.
