Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of related civil/construction experience; 1 year inspecting civil projects preferred.
• Experience reading plans, maps, and specifications and recognizing deviations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site visits to monitor and inspect contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Complete daily reports documenting construction activities, progress, delays, and incidents.
• Attend contractor meetings including pre-construction and progress meetings.
• Review payment applications for material quantities and calculations.
• Coordinate third‑party materials and testing to verify compliance.
