Fenstermaker is seeking a Construction Inspector to ensure projects meet contract plans and specifications while leading core values and maintaining customer engagement.

Multiple positions (Full-Time, Part-Time, per project) are available in Lafayette, LA or Lake Charles, LA. Responsibilities include site oversight, reporting, payments to contractors, and coordination with clients and field teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Up to five years of related industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitor construction sites across all critical phases to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, quantity tabulations, and day-by-day weather/workday forms.
• Assist in preparing payments to contractors and maintain positive relations with contractors.
• Engage with clients, survey crews, testing laboratories, and the public as needed to support project goals.
