Qualifications

• Two (2) years of construction inspection experience involving public works, and storm drainage systems
• High School Diploma/GED required; Class C Water Distribution certification preferred or obtainable within 1 year
• Must pass City of Fort Worth HPE and Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Inspect work quality and materials on public works projects to ensure compliance with standards
• Perform preliminary and final inspections and recommend acceptance of developments
• Coordinate changes and advise contractors on plan/spec changes
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and act as liaison with contractors and the public
