Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of construction inspection experience.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
• Successful completion of related internal safety certifications.
• Three or more certifications in the listed areas will be considered if deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing, observation, and inspection as directed to ensure contract specs are met.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
• Prepare inspection reports and document nonconformance.
• Communicate information to Project Manager and team.
• May assist senior inspectors on large projects.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Coordinate pre-dispatch activities with Project, Department, and Office Managers.
