Job summary

Terracon in California seeks an experienced Construction Inspector to perform daily inspections, document findings, and ensure conformance with plans and codes. The role involves coordinating with project teams, testing materials, and maintaining equipment calibration.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing, observation, and inspection per procedures.
• Reads and interprets construction drawings and specs.
• Documents findings and prepares inspection reports.
• Communicates results to Project Manager and team.
• Lead and coordinate activities of lower level inspectors.
• Maintain equipment operation and calibration.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards.
