Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an On-Site HVAC Project Manager to lead technicians on construction sites, ensuring installations meet codes, budgets, and design specs. You will coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and foremen to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality.

The role requires HVAC installation and repair experience, 3+ years in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide crews and ensure safety and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation and repair experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Ability to lead and train crew; safety compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites, coordinating daily tasks according to project priorities and schedules.
• Review project plans, blueprints, budgets, and specifications to understand HVAC requirements and ensure deadlines.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems; ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Maintain records, submit progress reports and timesheets to the project manager, and communicate with clients and engineers.
