Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HVAC installation field experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate administrative and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installation duties in the field while serving as a working supervisor.
• Train, coach, and mentor HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices.
• Implement and maintain the Nexstar Service System in field operations.
• Monitor and review payroll, productivity, and performance metrics.
