PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Eunice, Louisiana, is seeking a qualified HSE Coordinator to lead health, safety and environmental excellence on our projects.

You will monitor HSE plans, conduct training, and develop action plans while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to work across locations, including travel to other states.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Pursuing safety designation.
• 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• Ability to learn OH&S, environmental legislation and HSE processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and assist with implementation of the HSE Plan and environmental plan.
• Identify and conduct project-specific HSE training.
• Provide project team with HSE information and trends and assist to create action plans.
• Assist with hazard identification tools development and implementation.
• Conduct project HSE inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Support emergency response plan and project security requirements.
