Job summary

Walbridge seeks an experienced Human Resource Specialist to support a state-of-the-art construction project. You will champion our culture, manage HR processes, and act as a trusted advisor to staff and management on employee relations.

You will ensure compliant HR practices, support talent acquisition, and oversee programs related to health, wellness, and training. Travel ~10% is expected on-site within this dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Champion Walbridge culture and promote inclusive relationships.
• Guide compliance with EEO, labor classifications, and OFCCP requirements.
• Facilitate Talent Acquisition and support on-site supervisors and the HR team.
• Oversee new-employee programs, health & wellness, training, postings, and testing processes.
• Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters promptly.
