Franjo Construction Corporation and Affiliates in Homestead, Pennsylvania, seeks a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support employees and leaders across the organization. This role combines hands-on HR management with leadership in recruiting, development, compensation, field engagement, and process improvement.

Formación

• At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience including leadership of a broad HR function.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Broad knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and follow‑through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern HR, recruiting, payroll and benefits systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR function across the organization, partnering with executives and department leaders.
• Develop recruiting strategies and manage the full recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
• Create career roadmaps and development plans; oversee internships and co‑op programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs within approved budgets.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, payroll, and HR programs; monitor compliance.
• Maintain HR scorecards, reporting, and HR system improvements across recruiting, onboarding and training.
