Franjo Construction Corporation and Affiliates is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function on-site at Homestead, PA. The role combines hands-on management of core HR duties with leadership in recruiting, employee development, compensation, field engagement, and process improvement.

• Five+ years of progressively responsible HR experience managing a broad HR function.
• Broad knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employment compliance.
• Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines across functions.
• Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and follow-through.
• Ability to implement HR processes and programs with limited oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with executives, department leaders, office employees, field leaders, and craft employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruiting and talent development, forecasting hiring, development, and redeployment needs.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on project backlog and growth plans.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, referrals, networks, schools, job fairs, and online platforms; manage screening to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for office, operations, estimating, safety, field leadership, and skilled trades.
• Oversee co‑op and internship programs, partnerships, and conversions to full‑time roles.
• Create career roadmaps detailing required experience, training, and readiness.
