Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a construction background to support all HR functions in San Dimas, CA. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management in a multi-state environment.

You will maintain confidential records, analyze HR data in Excel, and help ensure OSHA compliance and travel coordination for domestic and international trips. This onsite role requires 3+ years in HR and 2+ years in construction.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• At least 2+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce.
• Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees.
• Process weekly multi-state payroll.
• Support employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Administer benefits and the company’s 401(k) plan.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development.
• Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data.
• Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel.
• Coordinate domestic and international business travel.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives.
