Aldridge Electric is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to develop a detailed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction projects. You will align the GMP with project schedules and facilitate coordination among teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years experience in accounting or finance. The position offers a salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related industry.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule.
• Facilitate coordination between estimating and project management.
• Validate revisions to ensure changes are incorporated.
