Candidates should have a high school degree or GED and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in project controls or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Required 3-5 years experience in project controls, project management, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Create, document and analyze project accounting processes.
• Maintain and oversee the Company’s standard cost system.
• Supervise monthly project accounting reporting.
• Analyze cost data and estimate financial performance.
• Conduct monthly reviews with project managers.

Skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficient data entry skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience with GP

Experience with Oracle

Education

High school degree or GED
