Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking full-time Home Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of model and inventory homes in the Richmond area. The role focuses on interior cleaning of sales models and inventory homes, with duties including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and ensuring spaces are move-in ready.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, flexibility, organizational skills, and initiative. A driver's license and transportation to multiple locations are required.

• Clean the interior of sales models and inventory homes.
• Vacuum carpet and spot clean with solvents as needed.

• Complete miscellaneous cleaning assignments as needed.
• From time to time must complete projects with short notice and in extreme time constraints.
