Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or General Contractor (GC) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
• Experience in investigations, construction defect consulting, expert witness testimony preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and problems.
• Perform on-site investigations, review contracts and legal documents, and report findings.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims.
• Develop and present clear, defensible opinions regarding construction defects.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of industry best practices, building codes, and regulations.
