Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals with construction experience for a Construction Foreman in Training in Prairie du Chien, WI.

You will assist in leading a crew, construct post-frame structures, read blueprints, and learn to organize job sites while gaining leadership skills. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into a Foreman role, with on-the-job coaching and access to Cleary’s internal development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
