Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is hiring for a Construction Foreman in Training in North Platte, NE. This hands-on program leads to a Foreman role through mentorship, structured training, and real leadership experience on post-frame builds.

You will supervise a small crew, read blueprints, operate equipment, and work outdoors year-round. Eligible candidates gain skills in leadership, scheduling, and project management while advancing within Cleary's growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3-4 construction laborers on pre-engineered post-frame structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy.
• Organize job sites and supervise crews for efficient workflow.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; maintain safety standards.
• Provide reliable, full-time, year-round work and leadership development.
• Participate in Cleary's training programs to advance toward Foreman roles.

The Job

• Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers
