Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals with construction experience for a Construction Foreman in Training in Prairie du Chien, WI.

You will assist in leading a crew, construct post-frame structures, read blueprints, and learn to organize job sites while gaining leadership skills. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

The Job

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work

Designed for high-performing construction professionals, this program combines hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training to prepare employees for successful careers leading construction crews.

In addition to on-the-job coaching, participants begin developing leadership, communication, customer service, scheduling, and project management skills while learning Cleary's proven construction processes.
