Job summary

Cleary Building Corp is offering a Construction Foreman in Training position in Scottsbluff, NE. The role provides hands-on learning with a clear progression toward a Foreman leadership role, including mentorship, structured training, and real field experience on post-frame projects.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of building trades experience, a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to work at heights and in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
