Your Role:
As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing worksite operations, supervising teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects according to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. You will serve as the key point of contact for technicians and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily worksite activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
2. Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and budgets
3. Assign tasks and monitor progress for technicians and subcontractors
4. Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety standards
5. Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions
6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor costs
7. Communicate project updates effectively to clients, vendors, and internal teams
8. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and in working condition

What You Bring to the Table:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards
3. Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
4. Hands-on expertise in construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or roofing
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on deadlines and budgets
6. Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and project management software
7. Effective communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, facilities management, or project supervision
• A stable employment history, including at least one position lasting 5+ years
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with remote teams
• Must successfully pass computer assessments.

• 5 years+ of hands-on experience with maintenance & construction trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
• Good track record of employment – with at least one job of 5-years in length and no job hopping at others
• Prior Project Management experience
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and project management software
• Must be self-motivated with minimum guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
