Job summary

Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) is expanding its on-site team for the I-64 Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion, a $4.8 billion Design Build project in Virginia. We are seeking a capable Foreman/Supervisor to lead construction crews on highway, tunnel, bridge and concrete structures.

You will oversee daily crew assignments, enforce safety and quality standards, participate in hiring, conduct training, and report progress to the Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT standards and regulations is a plus.
• Must have strong communication and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all crew members and direct daily assignments.
• Monitor progress and certify hours for payroll.
• Delegate tasks and lead crew performance.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, training, and performance decisions.
• Ensure safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Oversee use of machinery and ensure adequate resources.
• Prepare progress and safety reports for the Superintendent.
• Perform carpentry tasks on highway, tunnel, bridge and concrete work.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and enforce housekeeping.
