Blue Streak LLC 1 in Wichita Falls, Texas is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects. This role requires hands-on experience in underground utility work and proven leadership in the field.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety standards, coordinate heavy equipment operations, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain efficient, on-schedule project execution across outdoor job sites.

Competenze

• Experience in underground utility construction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job‑site activity
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid DL (Driver License)
• Experience in underground utility construction
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
