Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in Illinois is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a 3-4 person crew on-site. You will build pre-engineered post-frame structures, manage safety, quality, and daily tasks across varying outdoor sites.

We offer up to $40/hour, on-the-job training, full-time year-round employment, and opportunities for career development through Cleary’s programs. Must be independent, reliable, and able to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.
