Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 on-site in Kansas, directing the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures from setup through completion.

You will ensure safety, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction across diverse job sites. You will manage day-to-day field operations, train crew members, and uphold company standards while adapting to variable weather and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.
