Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Verona, Wisconsin, is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on on-site projects building pre-engineered post-frame structures.

You'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain safety across diverse job sites. This full-time role offers year-round work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance through company-led leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
