Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a 3-4 person crew in on-site construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.

Responsibilities include supervising field employees, building from ground up, operating tools, maintaining safety, and working outdoors year-round. We offer full-time, year-round employment and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.
