Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in Verona, Wisconsin, is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 team members in the on-site construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.

You’ll supervise the crew, build from ground up, operate hand and power tools, uphold safety, and work outdoors year‑round.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.
