Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 on-site, building pre-engineered post-frame structures and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You'll manage safety, productivity, and daily tasks across diverse outdoor job sites, with year-round work and structured training programs to develop leadership and technical skills at Cleary Building Corp.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.

As aBuilding Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3–4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.
