Job summary

Parcc Associates is seeking an AP-focused accounting professional to own Accounts Payable while gaining exposure to construction accounting, job costing, month-end close, and vendor management. You will work closely with a Controller and collaborate across Construction, Purchasing, Operations, and leadership.

The role offers visibility into how a growing homebuilder's finances operate and aims to develop expertise in residential development accounting and related processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, AP, staff accountant, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with GL coding and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review invoices for accuracy and payment deadlines.
• Ensure proper invoice approvals, documentation, coding, and payment terms.
