Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in construction/site support, courier/delivery, or fleet administration.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR must meet standards.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lb repeatedly.
• Familiarity with GPS routing and local roads.
• Experience with fleet software or spreadsheets preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive components and safety standards.
• Understanding of cargo-securing methods and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, tools, fixtures, blueprints, permits, and equipment between suppliers, main yard, and sites.
• Complete urgent supply runs to local hardware stores and distributors as directed by project leads.
• Safely load/secure/transport/unload materials and machinery without damage.
• Submit packing slips, delivery tickets, and receipts daily to coordinators and accounting.
• Assist site teams with offloading, staging, and basic debris cleanup near work zones.
• Schedule, dispatch, and track preventive maintenance and repairs with third-party providers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle safety equipment is present.
• Maintain digital fleet records for registrations, inspections, and service histories.
• Manage vehicle checkout procedures, key tracking, and staging across facilities.
• Follow site safety requirements and proper cargo-securing methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
