Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Construction accounting experience is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred; Procore is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process construction-related invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform job cost coding and support project cost tracking.
• Manage construction accounts payable and vendor relationships.
• Review COIs and lien waivers; ensure vendor compliance documentation.
• Monitor paid-when-paid requirements.
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities.
• Support project accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist with Procore implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting leadership to ensure financial accuracy.
• Take on expanded accounting responsibilities as the role develops.

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred.
