Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with focus on financial and project feasibility analysis.
• Proficient in interpreting construction documents, budgets, and legal permits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based analysis of budgets, feasibility, and borrower execution for renovations and ground-up construction.
• Evaluate plans, specs, and permits to align projects with financial objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports for underwriting, valuations, and processing teams.
• Communicate critical findings and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with valuations, underwriting, and processing to fund construction loans.
• Ensure projects comply with local codes, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• All other duties as assigned.
