THH Construction, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Full-Charge Bookkeeper in Whittier, CA. In a hybrid setup, you will oversee day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR/GL, payroll) and drive strategic financial analysis for commercial construction and real estate investments.

You will develop pro-formas, assess NOI/IRR, and prepare cash flow forecasts for active builds and stabilized properties, supporting leadership and lenders with robust financial packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping and financial analysis experience in construction or real estate investment.
• Advanced knowledge of construction accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including AP/AR and GL; handle month-end/year-end closings and reconciliations.
• Track project costs, allocate against budgets, and manage subcontractor documentation.
• Develop real estate investment pro-formas and financial models; analyze NOI, cap rates, IRR, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial packages and variance reports for leadership and lenders.
