Qualifications

• Strong accounting experience within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in WIP reporting and Percentage-of-Completion accounting.
• Solid understanding of construction job costing, project profitability, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with financial statements, general ledger accounting, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of construction accounting practices and applicable GAAP requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with accounting, project management, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion calculations.
• Oversee construction job costing, cost allocations, and project financial reporting.
• Monitor project profitability, cost-to-complete estimates, and revenue recognition.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Identify financial variances and work with operations teams to understand project performance.
