You will partner across operations, project management, controls, and business development to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial guidance that drives project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project accounting and financial operations for Boldt's construction business.
• Partner with operations, project management, controls, and business development to provide financial oversight, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead the project accounting function: contract compliance, billing, cash management, and job costing.
• Support pricing and contract review activities and champion continuous improvement for profitability.
• Mentor and develop project accounting teams and build trusted cross‑functional partnerships.
