Bauer Foundation Corp. is seeking a Field Engineer to support the delivery of complex deep foundation projects across the Gulf Coast.
You will plan, organize, and oversee technical elements on site to ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with the company’s values of responsibility and staying down-to-earth. The role requires coordination with Operations Managers and PM/QC Managers, travel to multiple job sites, and strong documentation practices for QC and project closeout.

The Field Engineer supports the successful delivery of complex deep foundation projects by planning, organizing, and overseeing all technical elements of the work. This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Bauer Foundation Corp.’s values of appreciation, innovation, responsibility, and staying down-to-earth. The Field Engineer actively contributes to technical project work, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
