The role requires monitoring construction document compliance and providing on-site representation on multiple project sites. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent inspection services experience with MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in inspection services acceptable with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project for construction document compliance.
• Provides existing conditions verification and as-built services.
• Provides on-site representation services.
• Travel to various project sites, including other states and overnight stays as needed.
