Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects in Orlando, FL is seeking a Construction Field Surveyor to support design teams during the construction administration phase. You will verify conditions, provide on-site representation, and help ensure document compliance across projects.

This role requires travel to local and distant sites, including overnight stays as needed, and a strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. A related degree or equivalent inspection/PM experience is required.

About this position

Description: The Construction Field Surveyor assists with the firm’s design teams in the construction administration phase.

Requirements:

• Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/Technical degree related to the Architecture/construction industry/Construction Project Management/Superintendent

or

• Inspection services experience. MS Office Suites to include MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to climb ladders, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, long hours may be required.
