Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects in Orlando, FL is seeking a Construction Field Surveyor to support design teams during the construction administration phase. You will verify conditions, provide on-site representation, and help ensure document compliance across projects.

This role requires travel to local and distant sites, including overnight stays as needed, and a strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. A related degree or equivalent inspection/PM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/technical related to the Architecture/construction industry/Construction Project Management/Superintendent
• Inspection services experience. MS Office Suites to include MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project for construction document compliance.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• Provides existing conditions verification and as-built services (pre and post construction).
• Provides on-site representation services.
• Travel to various project sites from local sites to more remote sites in other states including staying overnight as needed/warranted.
