Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in Arizona is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on assigned projects. You will coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, subcontractors, and client representatives, monitor progress, and support incident reporting and investigations.

This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role that requires clear communication and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary training or industry certs are assets.
• 3+ years in field supervision as Foreman/Lead Hand or similar role.
• Experience in underground construction, telecom, utilities or related projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, drawings, schedules, and quality standards.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills with stakeholders.
• Comfortable on active project sites and traveling to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety and alignment with plans.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, production, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage safety, schedule, and reporting.
• Build positive relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support field issue resolution and coordinate with the Superintendent.
