Job summary

Stellar is seeking a Field Quality Manager to implement on-site quality management systems, perform rigorous quality checks, and drive continuous improvement across projects. You will mentor field staff, collaborate with project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering superior results.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, 2+ years in quality management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with inspection tools.

Qualifications

• Trade School or Two-Year Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in the construction industry at or above Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced degrees/certs (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle to identify and address issues.
• Oversee continuous improvement of all processes using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks and deliverables meeting client expectations.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for senior management.
