Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Quality Manager to support multiple project teams across the lifecycle, serving as a technical and field resource for quality management. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and trade partners to establish quality expectations and ensure SSQMP execution on site.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 7–10 years in senior construction roles. EM 385-1-1 knowledge and safety experience are essential. OSHA-30 and CQM-C are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, engineering technology, building construction, buildings science, or related field.
• 7–10 years as a Superintendent, Quality Control manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Architect, Consulting Engineer, or similar.
• Must be familiar with EM 385-1-1 requirements and experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• Experience leading and directing the work of others.
• Nice to Have: OSHA-30 certification and Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C).

Responsibilities

• SSQMP: review and finalize the site-specific quality management plan with project teams.
• Facilitate lessons learned with project teams and apply to SSQMP and preoperational meetings.
• Provide training for project teams and subcontractors on quality initiatives and tools.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop and execute field checklists and track deficiencies.
• Participate in constructability reviews and plan installations to serve as quality guides.
• Coordinate Quality Pre-Operational Meetings and support high-risk scopes.
• Assist with material verification before use on site.
• Develop plans for Punch List, Closeout, and Turnover with stakeholders.
