Job summary

BFL Construction is seeking an on-site Superintendent to lead field operations, safety, quality, and schedule coordination for multi-family and commercial projects in Tucson. You will direct field staff, mobilize jobsite resources, and ensure all work aligns with contract documents and project goals.

The role requires 6+ years of GC experience on ground-up projects, strong management of subcontractors, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing GC ground-up Commercial/ Multifamily projects
• Experience overseeing projects valued up to $50M–$120M
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Direct site support staff for 5+ years
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and field staff.
• Coordinate safety, schedule, and quality across teams.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material laydown planning.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and submittals.
• Prepare progress updates for the Project Manager.
