You will work closely with the Superintendent to manage construction activities, uphold the organization’s high standards, and ensure projects progress efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3 years construction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing the daily operations of the construction department.
• Ensure all construction activities meet the organization's high standards.
• Oversee and coordinate trades and subcontractors according to Superintendent’s direction.
• Maintain and distribute up to date drawings and specifications.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate necessary supplies and equipment onsite.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones and issues.
• Assist in scheduling and planning construction activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
